These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CodevexAI's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CodevexAI's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CodevexAI provides AI software development, SaaS development, web development, mobile app development, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements (SOW/contracts) signed between CodevexAI and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. CodevexAI retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing via NDA.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. We sign mutual NDAs upon request before any project discussion begins.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Typically: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion for fixed-price projects. For retainers, billing is monthly in advance. Late payments may result in project suspension.
6. Warranty & Liability
CodevexAI warrants that all work will be performed professionally and to industry standards. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
